Driver Identification

You can identify Handi-Transit operators by a photo identification tag that is visible on their collar or attached to their jacket.

If a driver does not have a tag visible, you can ask to see it.

If the driver cannot produce the identification tag,
do NOT enter the vehicle.

Handi-Transit will confirm this driver is a registered operator,
or if necessary, arrange alternate transportation.
